Just once and its done and you can do it for as many sites as you wish, it is pure white hat so you can use your main domains also.

I don't get it. How should I replace the domain name with the name of my site? Should I use underscore? And how do I copy - paste to the browser? Do you mean copy - paste next to the search button?
