I was wondering how it comes that there are in average only 60 - 80 unique visitors / day while I just checked webmaster tools and it says 14500 indexe pages?

    Anyone knows?

Congratulations on getting indexed, it doesn't mean anything yet if you don't rank at all? Also, no idea about numbers you see and its accuracy

This website ranks for a few keywords it's aprox 3 or 5 or something... but that's not sufficient.. according to Google this number means that they will show up in different searches on Google.. however, it seems not the case because of the low number of hits each day!

Any idea what to do now?

It seems none or very few of those pages target any trafficked keywords or their position is simply low.

What's the word count per page, especially the OP thread post count?

Google loves when there is content it can chew on.

Also, what's the Authority of the root? (I don't mean Moz's DA I mean actual Authority in Google's eyes)

With root's low Authority, your inner pages will have a very hard time outranking anything.

The other way is to do linkbuilding for separate pages but that's not very effective especially with your volumes...

Thank you, was very helpful...it is actually a forum.. so you think link building to the root domain would strength all the other threads? in Majestic the TF is 28 and CF is 45 not sure how to check it in Google?

The domain has 1100 OK quality links pointing to it, no spam done so it's clean.

    Glad you found it useful.

Yes, linkbuilding and strong internal structure is the way to go for big sites (I do it for 100+ pages sites so yours is definitely the case).

Then it's on-page of the first post.

    Sitemap.

If the page is really important, ranking for high trafficked hard keyword, link build to it directly.

Also, I'm not 100% positive on this but I think Google devalues forums in SERPs so they have a harder time ranking.

Google "google devalues forum in serps" and check the first result. It's a forum thread (oh the irony)

Blackhatworld is ranking very good for many "hard to rank keywords" the last time I checked, so maybe small forums have troubles to get ranked well, but the large forums don't seem to have any troubles.

Totally agree with ur last reply... Forums always rank for very long and weak keywords. It depends on your forum Niche but you need a huge, old forum to see good traffic from search engines. BHW for example rank because the vast amount of weird keywords you can look for and in most cases no one else would be targeting it.
