So recently I had a new idea for a campaign which would require me to get a ton of traffic from Google Images. I have been working on it lately, I built a wordpress blog and setup a theme etc.

I have been posting separate posts for each image and optimizing the images tags for SEO.

My issue with this is that it is just too slow, I need an quicker way to post images and have them optimized with keywords.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

(I'm not asking to be spoonfed, just looking for common knowledge I may not have found elsewhere)

Do you have any data on the most popular search terms for images.google?

Or perhaps I'm reading your post wrong. When you say you want traffic from the site do you mean traffic on any term? If so it seems to me that, at a minimum, you need to find out what the popular terms are, then get pictures up for those terms and get them ranked highly. Now that I think about it, I don't recall reading anything on how google rates images.

Or do you mean you need to get "tons" of referrals from google for some specific term like "Elbonian Nose Wart Removal" which, if true, is probably something not even the world's best SEO expert could help you with.
