Anyone have any stats on average click division between say the top ten results of any particular search?

    Roughly

    1. 40%
    2. 20%
    3. 10%
    4-10 share a combined 10%
20% goes to ads and the remaining pages

Thanks! Interesting. I want to do my own analysis, but I have only just updated log size (statcounter) so I will report back my own results in 30 days.

Also, how accurate is google keyword research?

Here is a good post. Uses data that leaked from AOL and two studies that were undertaken.

    Code:

Quite old studies, but still interesting reading.
