Hello guys,
Anyone got any experience with Local Services Ads and what is working for you? I have 3 listings right now approved and screened by google and they are all doing great. Also is anyone struggling with local ads rankings? They seem to be tracking responsiveness & reviews but in some cases i see new listings with 1 to 5 reviews ranking top 3

maybe its the CTR on the gmbs?

Not really, in my area someone is creating multiple listings under the same company he got almost 5 listing in his company name and the one with 4 reviews is ranking top 1

I have the same issue now, we have 17 reviews and we don't even appear on the list, another company with 5 reviews are in top 3
