Google Gadgets

Anyone creating Google Gadgets? I thought this might be a way to tap into some white hat traffic.

Havent played around with them at all yet, are they really that useful?
Im yet to see anyone talk about any real benefits.

I just had an idea! What if you made a page with a cool gadget or two, then you used an Html To Exe program to turn the page into an application...then upload it to software directories?

Diabolik yes, that is exactly what people do sometimes, an HTML application is called HTA, search it on Google. They will give you free tutorials on how to easily build one in around 5 minutes +. It?s a nice idea though. Some people deliver e-books in the format, even though I think it is very cheap and not safe for e-books.
