Google de-indexed some of my pages due to DMCA. Is there anyway to avoid de-indexing? my site is already hosted offshore. Does having an offshore domain help prevent getting the domain de-indexed from DMCA?

No, offshore hosting doesn't prevent getting domain de-indexed it might help you to avoid hosting company terminating your hosting.

The only way to prevent being hit by google over dcma is don't use copyrighted material.

Offshore only protects you from the host, but google can and will do as it pleases

There is nothing you can do to avoid Google de-indexing than not to get caught

DMCA is a serious thing and if you got de-indexed then you can't do anything. Stop using copyrighted content and then will be all OK.
