build a lot of backlink
from page 10 to page 53 now for my keyword for more of 6 day
if tape my website on google without .com
see my homepage on page 4
and a inner page on page 3
if i tape my website without .com + some text i have on my homepage
i see my site on page 2
so its not a penalty but just google dance right?

Type in google : "site:yourwebsite.com".

If there are results, you are not penalized.

Incorrect, that means you're not de-indexed. To see if you're penalized, type in your domain name, without quotes, without site:, just your domain name. If it doesn't appear at the top, you're likely (not definitely) penalized.

You said you did that, so it's likely to be true. Try building better quality backlinks, and you'll get out.

and have change design recently
and after google crawl new design i have drop to page 53

you have penalized... is little, same thing happened to me, two months ago I'm waiting to improve the rankings.
the next step is to identify the problem. fix it, and wait

What Valerya said, in your case the wrong doing was "build a lot of backlink". Now wait for few more days see if you improve positions.
