Don't do that. Just have patience and keep doing what you're doing and your rankings should improve and stabilize eventually :).

How can i know when it have reached and stable position, will it settle down if i keep on doing the backlinking and once it is in the first page of google can i slow down the backlinking processes.

Submit a reconsideration request. The reason I say this is if your site is flagged for spam for what ever reason or violating googles guidelines, someone will manually have to approve your site to be relisted properly in google index. Like the other day this happened to one of my domain and I sent google a reconsideration request and they declined me saying I am still violating there webmaster guidelines. That means that if I never sent in that request I would of continued to baclink and up date a domain which would probably never had gotten it SERP since it flagged.

    Google Response:

Another reason why you should send in the request is if your domain is not flagged and not violating googles guidelines then google will let you know that and inform you by telling you somthing like this:

So this let you know what you have to work on to get your SERP back or else you will simply be working in the dark trying to get lucky.
