google.com trusted redirects or display link url?

Hi, can someone explain how this works?

In Google Ads, the display link shows business.google.com, but the actual click goes to ads.google.com. Actually, there is no visible redirect at all. It looks like link spoofing.

Yes, this could be a form of connection spoofing. Since they're using cloaker, and they've detected you as a bot VPN, if you're outside the country the cloaker or their target device is located in, they might have redirected you to business.google.com.
