Because those high RPMs of the Ad Networks are due to those cookies....
 
Meh. That would kill chrome. That would kill half the internet probably. They aren't gonna remove shit. Cookies are pretty overrated anyway. It's just a piece of info that the server can also read. You can disable third party cookies altogether from the ui itself (can't remember where it was, just google it). Not sure what the fuss is about.
