They refused to pay fine in a specific country and finally paid when the country said that they will close their operations if they do not pay.

the sad thing is that not even 1 billion would hurt them. In one quarter of 2021 (I don't remember which one) google have earned $150 billion in ads revenue alone, so they probably make at least $500 billons per year. A real punishment for these crooks would be 1 trillion payable within 24 hours and then 10 years imprisonment without parole. That's the bare minimum you can do to teach scumbags to behave, but... until the lions stop making the rules nobody's going to dispute them...
