Google+ business

Has anyone been offline marketing Google+ for business to people? Getting people listed, ads, google store view those kind of things. I just wanted to hear from some people with experience.

A little background to start. I am setting up my offline business and I would like to offer G+ services as a part of my digital services sector. At first I only wanted to offer G+ listing but that 32k contract guy expanded my horizons.

I would like to accomplish having a complete G+ offering for clients.
So we have Google + for business listing, Google Adwords, Google Business photos and G offers. Tell me if I am missing something here. My goal is to offer the G services that will benefit local small/large businesses. So is G+ the way you "claim" you business listing on G? Is that the way that your business shows up with the pin on the Gmap and in the small box under search results when people search?

What kind of prices/packages do you offer and generally who gets what?
