Google Bombing. Filter.

hello SEOs!
On one page request thrown from position 8 to 34 page, I suspect that this was due to a large Number of links with identical anchor.

Is there a way to get out of the filter and to regain the position?
Please give an advice.

Create more backlinks with different anchor text and use some naked links.

I thought that 10 links with other anchors on 1 should be enough, but if i'll make more links with different anchor can i get out from filter?
