Well butter me up and call me a biscuit. Someone's suing Google!
Oh yeah. I've had to refuse clients on more than one occasion that wanted me to handle SEO & PPC for their locksmith businesses in Maryland and Virginia. Those are freaken battleground states for the locksmith industry. Just not worth the trouble and frustration.
$8.4 million lost in earnings and profit? Must be one hell of a locksmith with that kind of pay.
Jokes aside, I hope he wins. Google has a huge legal team, so I'm curious to know who had the balls to represent the locksmith.
Bull crap. Just because you need a licence to run a lock smith does not mean that you need the same licence to advertise lock smith services.... otherwise everyone that does SEO or SEM to get leads in that industry would need a licence ... and would be breaking antitrust laws I'd think :s.
Wanna tell us more- This seems interesting. Why only those two states ?
