The search marketing agency, iAcquire, that was allegedly responsible for buying links for clients was just banned from Google?s search results. iAcquire was cited as the agency behind Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corporation?s link buy request emails. For more on that see our story named What Can We Learn From The Latest Brand To Be Called Out For Paid Links?

I believe they are not strange, we had been warned and with the Penguin update they are already aware about this, I just don't get to why they are so hard headed.

Google can do whatever they see appropriate. This their search engine, their rules. The ones that follow the rules will always be ok. But it is not safe for the rest :theyareon

What impact does Google have banning this company from search? The company sends solicitations by E-mail and conducts business that way. What Google did is more of a statement then anything else because their business will continue on with or without being in the SERPS.

It's funny to read the comments on this story at search engine land when they themselves buy links too. :)
