Google ban robot?

if google will ban a website then does this job makes google robot or real human?

I'm sure the adsense bots can determine some things against TOS but for the most part I believe most bans are done after some one reports you, or you get a random check from some one at adsense

The Google spider actually spiders the site like normal and then makes a decision based on some formula, if the spider decides not to ban and they get complains it's checked again but this site the formula is more strict. If there are further complains then it's handled by a real human and he compares what he sees with what the bot sees and then takes the complaint into the equation.

ok I see. Lets say that I will make mass forum PM's spam then I also may get banned from Google because forum owners makes complaint?
