    Hello,

I've been trying to set my Google authorship account but I am failing at making the picture appear on Google search...
Could anyone possibly give me a hand here?

    This is what ive done:
    Set up googleplus account.
Set the googleplus account as a contributor to the page I want it to feature.
Used a plugin for wordpress which uses the rel=auth feature to showcase the picture.

Cannot seem to get the picture to show in the search engine...

    Not used that one before
I just made sure that my posts had my name in each one at the bottom
there is also a google authorship tool that checks to make sure
you have taken all the right steps I believe

Authorship needs to be manually approved by Google before it will appear.

You can tell if your current implementation is correct using the Google Rich Snippet Tool.

The actual picture only appears once per page. So if two of your URLs appear in Google search for a keyword, only one of them will contain the picture. Likewise, if you're viewing your indexed pages, only one of the URLs per page will contain it.

If the URL contains "by [name] - More by [name]" below it, then it contains authorship markup and will always contain your picture when viewed individually.

If you use a SEO plugin and this one for authorship i think might be a conflict. Yoast SEO have this integrated already, check it out.

you have to wait for few days. It wont show instantly.

Also you need to have clear picture, there are few rules already.

    Yoast has integrate Google+ authorship.
