Google and domain redirection

It is second time in which i redirect [301] domain with PR to a new one and Google just doesn't want to index its backlinks, keep it away from the SERP and other strange things happen...

Does anybody came accross with this?

I'm sorry to write for second time on my post without anybody else replying, but i have to bring that up.

A research shows that Google now penalizes for buying expired domains with PR and redirecting them.

That pretty much sucks, because it wasn't like that few months ago.
