When I look up my website's traffic in Google Analytics, I see people finding my site every day through organic search, but when I go to see what keywords they used, it's listed next to (not provided). Is there any possible way to see those keywords?

    Those are "encrypted" searches.

You will not be able to view these and one of the main reasons is because Google does not want you manipulating CERTAIN LSI keywords.
