I am going to setup g analytic for one of my site. I have to do this as a requirement for an ad network in my country.

Issue is. I am blasting my site with 12.000 direct links every month.

Will 12.000 links causes G analytic to give me unnatural links warning?

Kinda paranoid .. 12.000 links is nothing but i want to play safe.

Actually the unnatural links notification are delivered by google webmaster tools, analytics just track your traffic and source.

Hmm, I'm guess is not safe
I read this method here, buy an aged and expired domain (related to your niche, better) with PR, send the links to this site and then redirect to your site
I have not tried (yet), but it seems a good idea

You're asking three different questions at once, actually.

    1) You can install Google Analytics, it won't affect that at all. The unnatural links warning appears in Webmaster tools, not Google Analytics.

    2) Will 12,000 direct links cause an unnatural link warning? Probably. Nobody really knows, but nobody really cares, because the unnatural link warning really doesn't mean anything. Even 100% legit sites, including SEOMoz got the warning. In other words, people who get the warning don't really pay attention to it, so nobody's really bothered to reverse engineer the warning. It's just Google telling you "hey there's something fishy going on." Whether or not they penalize your site has nothing to do with the warning.

    3) So the real question is whether or not your site will get penalized by Google for getting 12,000 direct backlinks a month. I'll just give you the short and easy answer: Yes. Sending 12K spammy looking backlinks to your site directly is totally reckless. You need to protect yourself; that's going to get you kicked off faster than you can say "Google."

I thought that if you 301 another site to your money site that it transfers the penalty with it?

So if you build shitty links to the buffer site and 301 it to your money site in hopes of passing link juice it will only work so long as the buffer site doesn't get hit. Is this correct?
