I had an idea, that I'm sure plenty have had before me.
Create a by-the-rules, landing page for your ad using tips from a site like this: http://www.searchenginejournal.com/troubleshooting-the-google-landing-page-quality-score/5412/
And then after they approve your ad, change the page to some thats more... "direct" - like a CPA referral page (just do a javascript redirection to it).
It seems like such a simple idea, so whats wrong with it? My guess is that the adwords spider, spiders periodically... well, couldn't a solution to that be redirect it based on useragent?
Thanks,
