Hello,

Does anyone have a solution for obtaining Google certification for the “official documents” category (visas, etc.)?
I've been stuck since October 5. a link from a government website is required, yet many competitors have managed to get it.

To qualify, your domain must be linked from an official government website, If your services are purely educational or consultancy based, you can request a policy exclusion by providing a formal warranty.

Those competitors may have direct partnerships or different documentation, so I think you should contact Google support and ask exactly what proof they will acccept.
 
If any relevant embassy, immigration authority, or e visa portal publishes a list of approved partners. If you are on it and it links to your domain, you can apply for Google certification.

Based on my knowledge, this question seems to be more related to google’s needs rather than ads itself. Although there is a gud landing page and correct business information, it may not be enough when the official link from the government is needed. Competitors may already have such permits, so it would be better to check with Google Support which proof will be accepted.
 
If your site doesn’t have an official government link, ask Google Ads support which documents they accept for this category. Competitors getting approved doesn’t necessarily mean they meet the same requirements.

It would be hard for google to get approval without this link. other competing websites might have had other approvals it would thus be better if one first learn what documents they accept.

or perhap they have some kind of partnership with you and so their proces for approval will be different. did Google clarify to you what was missing, or did they just send you the same requirement again?
