Ive finally upset Google Adwords, the twats have banned me from advertising on their network due to me promoting landing pages that offer products that dont deliver in satisfaction for their consumers.

All i did was promote some clickbank products on me blog and they banned me.

Ive spent a fortune with them over the years and they ban me forever over a petty subject.

Well all i can say is "they can kiss my arse", here yahoo advertising have my money.:D

You did something more than what you're claiming. Google wants your money, why the hell would they take the extra time to make sure they don't profit off you?

Maybe the clickbank products i was promoting are on their blacklist due to spam, ive had this adwords account for 5 years and have never had any complaint from them, the email came out of the blue.

I'd try to contact support than, if it's a misunderstanding they'll clear it up. The part that doesn't make sense to me is they approve the ads. I don't see them banning for something they approved of. Was there malware / false claims / copyright infringing material on the site you were promoting?

The official Google Adwords Pokey With A Sticky email:

    Dear advertiser,

We are writing to let you know that your Google AdWords account has been disabled due to one or more serious violations of our advertising policies related to Landing Page and Site Quality. As a result, your ads will no longer run through the Google AdWords system and we are unable to accept advertising from you in the future. Please note that future accounts you open will also be disabled.

As part of our commitment to making the AdWords experience safe and effective for our users and our advertisers, we routinely review the landing pages that our advertisers promote through our search and content networks. If we find that an advertiser has submitted a landing page that egregiously violates our policies, we reserve the right to take immediate account-level action.

Landing pages advertised via AdWords must have relevant, original content, and must be transparent about the nature of the business being promoted. Further, advertising certain types of sites will lead to immediate account disabling. These types of sites include, but are not limited to:

    * Sites that charge users or collect personal information in exchange for a product that is never delivered
    * Sites that charge for "free" software
    * Sites that trick users into paying for fake or poor-quality content
    * Sites that charge users for information that makes unrealistic promises of financial or personal gain
    * Sites that install malware software on a visitor's computer

Please note that this action is related to sites that have recently been advertised through your account. In a review of your account history, we found that your account had submitted a least one site that egregiously violated our advertising policies. Although you may have removed these sites since our latest review, advertisers that have a history of promoting these types of sites are still subject to account-level disabling.

You can review our Advertising Policies, including our Landing Page and Site Quality guidelines, by visiting: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/static.py?hl=en&page=guidelines.cs
You may also review the complete AdWords Terms & Conditions here: https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder
In addition, our FAQ about Account Disablings can be found here: https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=164786

If you have additional questions or concerns not addressed by our policies or help center, you can contact support by replying to this email.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdWords team

Try to get one of their support team on phone to determine exactly the reason behind that... make sure he isn't a robot who repeats the same email they sent you.

P.S. Stay away from Yahoo (or not)... at least for me Google's sting hurts much less than Yahoo's.

Jack= the good folks at G are on acid!! Recently, I went to run a ppc campaign to sell website traffic....and they said no!

Reason: it's against their TOS! Excuse me? I told them there are thousands of people selling similiar traffic and they said they would look into it!!

What a bunck of happy horse shit....and I've done it before! ARGHHHHH!!

They're banning all the bigger affiliate marketers. Check out webmaster world, full of legit loyal marketers getting banned.

I got banned too. I opened another account and they banned me again. I eventually gave up opening accounts and fucked them off for good.

They were making over £2000 per month from me and over the years I've given them probably over £50000. They couldn't even be decent enough to tell me why they banned me.

It's the big boys I feel sorry for. Some people had £1m/year accounts and this was their main jobs. Google didn't have the decency to even tell them what they did wrong. Just an automated email and a lifetime ban. With no option to appeal. WTF.

    Google are evil.
    FUCK GOOGLE

Do you know what adwords is? lol
They ban people left and right.
There was a ban wave this week, and many people have no idea.
Google has the tendency to bite the hand that feeds them.

I hate them, But i'll still use them.

That sounds like 95% of the clickbank products out there. Was your copy on your blog making the same promises as the sales page for the CB product?
