Hello people, got the following letter from Google this morning:
Hello,
It has come to our attention that despite multiple disapprovals, you have
repeatedly submitted ads that violate our Editorial Guidelines and content
policies.
Please consider this notice a final warning. If you submit these ads again
or continue to run ads that violate our policies, we will be unable to run
any of your AdWords ads in the future.
We highly value the quality of our program. In order to create an
environment where our users can trust our advertisers and continue to
receive quality advertising, we ask that you cease submitting ads that
violate our guidelines.
For your account to remain active in the future, please make the following
changes to your ad text/site content/keywords:
Per the 'Ad Content' section of our Editorial Guidelines, your ad must
reflect all of the following:
- The domains of your display URL and destination URL must agree.
- Your website may not simply use frames to display content from another
site, nor may your website mirror another site.
- Your landing page may not be a bridge page with the sole purpose of
driving traffic to another site.
Additionally, please do not open any new AdWords accounts. If you do, your
newly opened accounts will be suspended upon registration, and your
account fee will not be refunded.

Have two accounts, and been running both for over a year. Could any of you give me an advice on how much I should I should pay attention to this?
I was running cloaked url ads(framing another site to direct link), for a very long time.
And before when with display url bs, you could just run ads easily with direct linking just by misspelling the display urls. I have a bunch of them running and still making money from a year ago. Had seven of them disapproved last week, I outbid all the other guys so they are running gain, that's not the issue. But somehow those seven ads raised a red flag.
For those that have experience with these issues, I would greatly appreciate any advice. I have over a hundred ads running that are cloaked, and with misspelled dsplay urls from a year ago.
