I am planning to create a job site related to specific field. Job details will be taken from other sites and posted. If Adsense is used for monetization, does it violate its TOS?

    Regards,
    Sebastian

If you copy and paste, theoretically it should as you are basically making a clone site.

AdSense is forbidden on websites with auto generated content as far as I know. So yeah, it violates their TOS. Dont do it if you want to keep your AdSense account.

Have you tried the Indeed Affiliate program?

If you can bring original content, yes you can use adsense on it. Even though many people copy from other sites, but they try to write it on their own style of the job posting which makes their site unique and i've seen sites using Adsense on job sites.

For example: You can start a blog and start posting announcements when a new job posting was posted. And try to make it unique.

using a tool would be fine to copy content. But if the entire point of the content is what you are copying, I would also say no go.
