I'm not sure if this has been posted here yet, but this is an unverified claim from a former (again, unverified) adsense employee.

Dont know if this is the right forum for this, but at least (if it's true) it gives some understanding into the account ban disparity.

Evil-

My post has already informed a single person. Which means it has more legitimacy and usefulness than the entirety of your postings in this thread. I took time out of my day when I saw something and posted it to a forum I care about contributing to. Simply saying, Hey man.. thanks for the posting, it's actually over here (paste in links) is a lot better than saying WE ALREADY KNOW CANT U GOOGLE BRO LOLZ. Set an example.. you're "senior" here .. and you're not doing much for converting people to paying donors by acting like an asshole.

But I am setting an example for all other members. To not be cunts and frigging use the search function. How hard it is? I mean how hard could it possible be to type in a few words and do a search? Let me guess you want people to do the search for you and give you the links. Well guess what I did posted the links for those who could not learn how to use the search function.

If you can't do a simple task of researching information in a forum how can you expect to make money? You and others like you that like to be nanny are the reason why this forum has gone to the shits. 1 thread out of 100 is about IM, the other 99 are about a journey, about how could i make money online tell me the secret sauce, a sales thread or spam.

Be kind, don't duplicate, use the search ....

You could have achieved the same thing if you searched for the thread and replied there. It is about a thread appearing on the homepage, and not about you posting it ( yeah... you.. may have been a different issue if someone like WizGizmo posted it..but dude.. chill).

While there may be truth mixed in with a lot of fictions here, this is definitely not accurate. While I'm sure Google is stupidly aggressive going after ToS violaters, because they like to keep the money for themselves, and even extend that in the broadest sense they can, if there was this policy decision at Google, the NDA wouldn't protect Google in a lawsuit.

Illegal actions by a company you have an NDA with will allow you to breach the agreement to inform authorities. For example, if your oil company had an NDA with you and you found they were dumping radioactive waste from fracking into local non-potable sources, you can certainly inform the EPA of this.

If this were true, at the very least it violates large amounts of banking statutes, and is probably a type of wire fraud.

Oh, I thought that affiliate links in signatures weren't allowed on BHW.

Certainly would be a bonus if more employees were able to blow the whistle when necessary, however new laws are making actions like that objectionable. How is that? Like Class Action Lawsuits and Corporate Personhood, there are so many questionable precedence being set that there is no telling where any real evaluations (objective) or outside audits are taking place any more. Gotta roll with the punches....oh, and watch out for the Big Dogs. Right?
