I always see jobs popping up on freelancer websites where people ask someone to make them a blog / website that makes X amount of money per day, every day from google adsense and that it must adhere to all the adsense rules, be white hat and prove that it pays for one month before anyone pays the freelancer who built it. To get an example of what I mean search "makes from google adsense" on freelancer and see all the jobs posted. Most of the time the person making the website has to decide the niche so the person asking for the website to be built doesn't even have a topic. They basically provide no input. Now originally I thought it was a scam, why would anyone who could build a site that makes guaranteed cash per day not just build the site for themselves rather than give it away for up to a couple hundred dollars max but then I noticed that a few people in particular win a lot of the jobs and have 100% positive feedback with the customer all saying that it worked, they got paid from google, no problems and often the website made more than they requested per day. I'd link to some of the profiles of the people who constantly win the jobs but I don't want people thinking it's actually me and I'm trying to drum up business. What's the deal here? Why would someone create a website for someone else instead of just making their own websites and keeping the cash? Even if it just makes $10 per day it quickly makes more than the $200 or whatever they got paid to make it. If anyone can tell me exactly what's going on I'd appreciate it.
