    I have just posted a new YT video. My account prefs have no monetization and I did not apply to be a partner.

    So, I post my newest videos, and up pops ads in my original copyrighted videos about a competitors widgets.

    My account settings are not revenue sharing or monetizing and I never applied to become a partner. I notice they have now changed the video settings that under each video, edit, there are no longer settings to allow or disable ads for each video?

    HOW CAN I TURN OFF THESE ADS? Please Advise.

    Goto setting and see if there's

    [h=3]Advertisements[/h]
    then select "Do not allow advertisements to be displayed alongside my videos"

    In account there are settings for this, did that, still displaying.

    There USED TO BE settings in each video, no longer there. Nowhere to turn that off at video level anymore.

    Has anyone seen the new settings are no longer as detailed. I'm afraid YT is just forcing ads on all new uploads? The settings no longer work. This happened on 2 accounts but two others it did not.

    No other videos in those accounts are displaying ads? Just the newest ones added yesterday.

    Thats silly man. It's all MY COPYRIGHTED ORIGINAL WORK. Why would I upload videos that are not copyrighted? So others can rip off and re-post it free? I have to protect all my original content.

    Can you assist on the actual problem? Have you noticed the settings are no longer there in each video? Noticed how YT is forcing ads and ignoring settings of users?

    Is the audio in the videos yours? Or is it a song you put over it?

    YES, this was the problem. Apple released a folder of rights free clips with I-Movie in a folder called "Jingles". As a licensed user of Imovie I get to use those royalty free for background music. Some publisher starts selling these free clips for ringtones on Amazon and automatically YT is assigning ADS ON MY DAMN VIDEOS WITH NO PAYMENT TO ME OR NOTIFICATION AT ALL. My copyrighted original videos are showing advertisements of my competitors products just because they do not know Apple has purchased and granted rights to its users. YT has no clue and their robot scanners don't care and the machines are just taking my product videos and putting my competitors ads on them. No pay pere the click, no respect to the account settings, no respect to the content rights through the money they sold to Apple. This is BS...
