Google ads consent mode v2 advanced - wordpress plugin?

How to enable this in wordpress? I have gdpr compliant plugin that shows cookie acceptance dialog to EU users but doesn't show anything for other geos but now there are new laws, do I need to do anything to continue having good experience with running google ads for EU for this domain? Do I need a special plugin or change some settings in google ads itself?
