Here's a question I cant find the answer to by searching :/

Obviously google limit the amount of accounts you can make with a mobile number.
But is this permanent? I mean after 12 months or so do they become usable again for creating accounts?

Just wondering really as im having a clean up and have loads of old sim cards knocking about (used for WMT &G+ indexing mainly + youtube).

Seems, Google keeps phone numbers for several years. Dynamic ip address allows to create accounts without sim cards/sms.
