Good traffic for like jacker ?

can anyone recommend me some good and cheap or free traffic source which i could send towards like jacker ?
(what i mean by good traffic : ability to target certain countries at least broad, doesn't break tracking of traffic source if its paid traffic, real human traffic)
I have nice jacker working great but in lack of mass traffic to send to it


open for any advice , buying traffic for it or partnering with someone who has traffic or ...
