Well, 2 weeks ago I built 3 hubs and one blog. One of them was targeted towards my main keyword, the blog was also, and the other 2 were related kw. I built up the blog with wordpress, then wrote all original text for the hubs and blog. I spent the next two weeks building linkwheels, outer rim was 2.0 blog services, next rim was doc sites, next rim was profile links at SB sites. The whole thing is a half moon spreading out, never completing the circle. I also cross hatch every other property with the opposite on in the outermost rim. Basically, mixing it up a bit.

I couldn't believe the results, my main hub is now at #3 on G, the other 2 are at 11, and 12 respectively, and climbing. The blog looked like it got sandboxed, but now it is back again in the rankings.

The keywords are high paying keywords, I have only made about a hundred bucks so far, but I am very surprised by how good the results were. Fucking shocked actually, seems like everyday I wake up my shit is climbing higher. Also, I only have about 600 bl's indexed between them, which will eventually reach the real number of about 4 zillion, I hope.

Yes, building your own shit is better than HP, but if you want a quick ranking, you will be hard pressed to beat the authority that Hub have with G.

    Cool shit man, cool shit.

Thanks for sharing but I guess its too soon to celebrate.

New sites (& Web 2.0 propreties) tend to rank high during their first weeks on Google.
If you keep your ranking in the next month then you are all set.

Am sure this is a stupid question, but it is early and haven't had my coffee yet and was up most of the daughter with my screaming daughter. But what is an SB page..

Did you build the link wheels by hand or use some automation?

Yes, I built by hand, each ring was different article, respun of course for each property. And yes, I meant shit balls when I said SB. I have had great luck with shit balls, but it is tough because they really smell like shit.

Ok, no I meant Social Bookmarking sites, profile pages on those mf'ers. Honestly, fuck building them by hand, after 2 hundred of them bitches I am done with that boring shit. I bought senuke earlier tonight. I swear, I have bought nearly every piece of fucking software imaginable in the last 3 months.

I love them all though, Xrumer is great for forums, Scrapebox for commenting on blogs, and SEnuke for linkwheels and web 2.0 bullshit.

Don't get caught up in Link Structure, those cool looking diagrams are cool though, I use Visio (stolen copy of course) to draw my flowcharts. I link every property to the corresponding URL, so I can go back after a couple days and delete all the ones that were canned.

I did notice one thing though, I did an experiment with 1 link wheel. I made 8 properties with spun articles, and 8 with each a completely unique article on them, yes I wrote all 8. After a week, 3 of the spun 8 were canned, yet even today all 8 of the unique are still alive and kicking.

So, yes it is better to use uc for all properties, but fuck that, that is some boring shit after a while, I would rather throw myself in front of a fucking bus than write one more word about fucking mortgage loans, red flip flops, and laughy taffy.

That is just me, I have enough work to do with my shit balls anyway.

Overall? Jees, I don't even know, I know not that many are indexed, only about 1000 overall are indexed so far, but that will grow. Between xrumer and scrapebox I spammed about a fucking zillion forums and blogs so I know there is a shitload out there, only depends now on what gets indexed and what doesn't.

The answer is: yes. I did all of the above, profile links, forum posts, camouflaged posts, q&a, mass pm, pointed them to all different parts of the linkwheel rims.

I did pretty much every single idea I could think of. I have a pc dedicated to just hrefer, running constantly, all day and night. This way I always have a fresh list of something. Then take those lists, filter them by PR, cut the fat, and post.
