Good Product Communications sells more BH Tools

I would very much like to see an architectural blueprint of a CS or poster system such as saucekit, xrumer or other "own your visitor" CS solutions. It would ensure people understand a lot more about how these products operate, prior to making a purchase.

I very much believe that this would increase the sales of CS and poster solutions, which i believe are stifled by the vagueries of the foreign terminology and operations used.

Whilst no one wants to be sharing intellectual property secrets, it doesn't hurt to put a little graphical perspective out there to bridge the communications gap.
