is this a good plan for a white hat site:
get another domain. Make a site with free hosting.
spam like crazy, using my targeted keyword as anchor text

after a while, 301 redirect to real site.
Also, I am wondering what would be the consequences of this if site 2 gets sandboxed as a result of all the sudden links. If the site gets sandboxed and I 301 redirect, what would happen?
can 301 redirect be undone? lets say I redirect and goog actually penalizes my main site. If I undo the redirect, will goog forget it and bring me back up?

my main concern is getting in trouble for spamming. This is a legit business site, anyone can google the business and find out who owns it and where I live.

Sounds like you answered your own question. Generally hardcore spamming of any sort requires anonymity and a buffer between your real life and complainers.

One possibility is to cloak your buffer site (that you're spamming), so bots see the 301 to your main site but surfers see a "this site has been suspended" message.

Here's a very basic script I posted a while ago that does this kind of thing: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...-domain-but-user-must-see-blank-page-how.html

well, exactly my problem. If I can't spam, then how the hell am I supposed to rank? white hat is just too slow. I am not going to wait 5 years so that maybe some asshole will link to me.
