Those aren't elite. Elite is a password protected, limited use, service. Not something open to anyone and everyone.

nothing to prove you wrong or anything but elite are not always password protected instead 50% of of what i use are not password protected.
Correct. Elite proxies hide specific HTTP headers so that they do not reveal themselves as proxies. It has nothing to do with whether it is password protected, limited numbers of people, etc.

When you visit a website (just for starters) your IP address is shown to the site. Sometimes, surely through no fault of your own, your access to a site may be blocked. You use a proxy to change your IP address and circumvent this.

Are you just joking or are you serious? I hope you are not serious because if you are you have a steep learning curve in front of you. Proxies are not just for ebay.

so true people now a day use proxies for so much stuff im just so shooked that with alll the fraud going on why doesn't like the security put a stop to proxies programs
