save your pics on desktop to jpeg file, open the pic on desktop
and move the corner of the pic inward to shrink the pic, then
screen shot the pic into windows paint, cut the image and re save
it is s shrunk down format, it literally takes 1 minute to do
then upload it to img

You can also just resize the image in the post if you edit it just by dragging corners.
Or if you insert image via link when making the post, you can click the image and drag corners to resize.
