I have been noticing these fake orders on one of my sites and it seems to be a continuing issue i also think it's from the same individual any suggestions on what's going on here ?

Hello I could be wrong, but assuming that the intent of this person/bot is mallicious they may be trying (and failing) to cashout stolen credit cards/payment accounts. Otherwise it might be someone running a bot to scrape infomation from your website for some reason too.
