Alright so currently i live in Sweden, and being an "Entrepreneur" and yes that's what i call myself since i've built up several ventures on Instagram where i collect some money from, without doing much work myself.
Eitherway back to the problem, in Sweden the more you make the MORE you gotta tax.
Right now i gotta tax for these things:

    Town tax.
    Providence tax.
    Country tax.
CHURCH tax. ((I'm not even religious))

So in total its about 35-40% tax.
And that's pretty shitty since it is ALMOST half of what i make that i gotta put in the gouverments pockets, and on top of that i gotta pay an accounting office alot of money.

So being in Sweden and working online is PRETTY bad so i want to move out in the next six months or so, any suggestion on a GOOD country with low tax %?

You can opt-out for the church tax at http://www.svenskakyrkan.se/uttrade_ur_svenska_kyrkan

    Are you Swedish?
If you're a Swedish citizen you still got to tax in Sweden even if you move to another country, as your company is still registered here.
So just moving from here won't help. You got to register your company elsewhere, which doesn't require you to actually move.

Which country's have you had in mind so far?

Yes i am Swedish, and i did not think about that, would the process be hard to transfer everything from Sweden to lets say Dubai? Dont they want me to live there?
And countries i've had in mind is United States, Canada and Russia ((I always wanted to live there, but the tax is still high in these countries.)) The only low tax countries i know so far are some pretty unstable countries which i'd rather not live in.

There are less than 1% of taxes in Bosnia, and cost of living isn't much expensive.

Hello, look into malta. you can open a company here, and if you do not live here, your tax would be around 5%.

even moving here and working from here will get you under 35% tax. there are a lot of swedish here, and you are still in europe. if you need some info. pm me.

If you don't need to bring the money back to your country, make a Cyprus (or in any Common Law country - yes, even US) company.

As a non-resident company, you will only pay taxes there for the money it earns on local business. You are only liable in your country for your dividends. That 's the short version of it. The real version is a tad more complex but that 's why there are professionals whom you pay and they deal with that for you. Since this is a perfectly legal situation, there 's bound to be dozens of specialized agancies in your country. Make an consultation appointment, and that 's that.

What jazzc said. Be careful who you hire to do ur co. and accounting and make sure they understand specifics for Sweden so you don't have problems.

Also, keep in mind that besides the 1000-3000eur incorporation fee, you will need upfront money for minimum deposit when you open the bank account (3500-15000 eur). Also, if you need to open a PayPal or AdSense account you will need the bank to be in same country with the company and not every country supports AdSense's EFT or full featured PayPal. Hong Kong is one of the few that works with both but requires you to fly over there to open the bank account in person. If you get your money through bank transfer pretty much any bank works.

Also, is best to find help from a company that can also handle your accounting and taxes for both the offshore company and your local taxes in Sweden. On top, you might want or need mail, phone and fax forwarding and for paypal a VPN in that country.
