That depends on a whole number of things really. Do you want to hit the homepage or just rank for certain keywords? Is there a lot of competition for those keywords?

The best thing you can do is look at vids with your keywords and see how many views they have, and just boost it so it's around the same or more. That way with a bit of optimization you are always going to rank above them.
