I will be providing the offer and script, someone else has to provide the inbox mailing.
So you have an offer and script but no data and essentially can't inbox because you don't have anything in place? Seems like the 50/50 should be more on the mailer side since they have to do 90% of the work and 99% of expenses. Unless I'm missing something, No?

Depends on how you look at it. What I'm basically offering is the product and what I require is the traffic. A golden product without traffic is worthless. So is a lot of traffic promoting shitty products. Both the mailer and I would make more if we work together than if we work separately.
Right, BUT as you should know (maybe you don't and this will educate you) it's not cheap for mailers to have everything in place that can inbox (not junk box) 100k+ emails per day. It can cost $,$$$ if not $$,$$$ per month to do so. There are hundreds and thousands of offers out there so offering 50/50 on a JV at 0.50 epc is not in the mailer's best interest.
Most mailers that are good at it make at very minimum $0.40 epc if they are doing it right. So at your 50/50 point you are saying the mailer will end up with anywhere from $0.20-.25 epc. You have an offer it sounds like it may work but you have to realize there are many other options out there for mailers who can make 100% of the money on offers with a better epc.
Unless you can give someone a gEpc and a much better split, I can't imagine anyone is going to want to take you up on this offer.

It's a cam offer and you can media buy, but I don't know how effective that'd be in comparison to email.

I'm still looking, I prefer it if you have a custom mailing method which cuts out the cost (maybe proxies?) and whatnot so it's easier to scale... I know some people have access to such.
