Hi! I've recently started an adult section in my website, i put some webcam affiliate ads so maybe i could get some signups and earn 35% of what they spend, but i've gotten 100 clicks but none signups

122 clicks = 0,10c/click * 122 = $12,2

so i kinda lost $12 there, can you guys recommend me a good adult PPC advertising network?
