Gold admin accounts

I see more and more gold admin accounts for sale.. how do you think people are getting access to those accounts? Like how can a seller get those new accounts each week. Would love some rough thinking & nothing too specific. I’m just curious because it’s pretty crazy

i think they using fake documents which approved that they are really turkish railway station xddd
