    Hello everyone,

I have been working in this field since 6 years and the last year I almost left work and now facing the crisis. I want to start off with my work again, but the scarcity of SEO clients is avoiding me. So, I decided to go for a job and I already had some calls from different companies and they are calling me for an interview. Just I need to make sure that I don't fail, I want a favor from you guys.

As we all know in this BHW there are many Owners, Managers, Team Leaders, Executive and noobs, so any kind of question is welcomed, and I hope you will help me to know some more of SEO which I don't know. Please feel free to ask any question and I will make sure that I learn the answer if I don't know it already. Please help me.

    Thanks and Regards

    Good Luck!

    1. Why do you want this job?
    2. Why do you think you are better than others?
    3. If you left another job - Why did you leave your previous work place?
    4. Can you work under tight schedule and in fast paced environment?
    5. Are you a team player or a lone wolf?
    6. Where do you see yourself in 1,2,3,4,5 years from now (depends on what their time interest is)
    7. What is your desired salary?
    8. Are you willing to work over time?
    9. If necessary CAN you travel or even relocate?
    10. In case of such events...would you report work place abuse or any other issue? And to whom would you report it? (superior manager, company's HR department, CEO...others)

    Additional Questions:
    a. What previous experience in the field that you want to work?
    b. How are you approaching potential clients?
    c. Can you approach clients by phone?
    d. How do you handle REFUSAL or objections?

    ======

Those are most important questions! I might have missed a couple...but if you answer to these..you're good to go!

PS> This are real questions i had to ask/and have been asked when hiring people for Internet/SEO projects.

Heres a question we use to always ask guys in the sales industry: If we gave you a box, tell us 3 ways you would make money with that box.

Problem: I'm better than all of the other applicants so some of them feel they have have no hope of getting the job.
Solution: I don't boast about it.

    J/K ;)

    At a physical interview.

Don't lie, dress well, don't learn anything about the company that is interviewing you.

I recommend only putting one of these things into play.
