So ive got one blog and website that rank top 5.. they were at better places but it's ok, it isn't making me a lot of money so i bought an domain for an niche that has 66k exact searches per month and easy competition.

So what thing should I avoid to avoid panda ?

I will be on wordpress and use mostly high prs backlinks

Make a content rich website, 10+ articles (some 1k words articles are recommended) then start promoting, you will get good and faster results when you start with good content.

Quality over quantity. Create authority properties, add regular unique content to these properties and backlink the hell out of them.

Im not sure that profile links will do the job for you. I will avoid them because they are easily removed. If you are going to build something better do it the right way.
