Going above character limit on Facebook Ads

    Is it okay to go above the Facebook max character limits? There are previews of the how the ads looks in every instance with the text I write and from the looks of it, the ads all look fine/better when I go above the recommended limit. It does cutoff in some displays but I rather part of additional text be cut off than to not have it at all.

    Does anyone with experience know if the ad previews from facebook is accurate? Cause if it is, then it would make sense for me to go above the max character limits and get more info in there

    Max character limits recommended by facebook is 90 char. for text, 25 for headline, 30 for news feed

    Thanks for any advice given
