Goddam fiverr and cheap bastards...

    Hey ya guys and gals.

    I am pissed. Some prick ordered a gig and blackmailed me with negative feedback to refund him after I delivered. Then when I told him what I htink about him and his ways my account got demoted from level 2 to no level and they blocked my messaging.
    I have a positive rating of 200 and it is 100% however they told me they blocked me for spam. They also refused to tell me what is it all about but told me not to send unsolicited messages(I never did anyways!!)
    So they fucking pissed me off. Especially that fag that was blackmailing me with false negative. I never had multiple accounts, never spammed anyone, never violated TOS whatsoever but aparently they didn't give a shit about my reputation...
    Sheesh....What a fucking people!

    Gonna get me a couple of proxies and make a few more accounts now just because!

    u always got to be nice to users
    if they are scammers or not your rating its everithing or fiverr
    its happened to me many times i delivers like i always do, and the customer says "i dont like your blast please refund me"
    i just refund them and move on. i know they are scammer that wants gigs for free i dont mind REP its more important do

    You shouldn't argue with him. As soon as he started blackmail you, you should have messaged to fiverr support showing them the proof of your job done and his threatening message. They always verify and took action accordingly.

    I was in this situation twice and I never argued or answered to such messages. I copy pasted them to fiverr support along with the proof of my job well done and those mother fuckers have been banned.

    same problems here, i paid one month ago one bastard for giving me negative review for nothing (200+ positives), but today they give you negative and do not respond back at any message. this is fiverr, with goods and bads. head up and continue your work and do not risk everything with proxies. it's just my opinion.

    Luckily I have not had this problem before but that sucks for you. I guess I will just refund them if they make a fuss lol.

    That really sucks, I've recently had my account demoted from Level 2 to nothing as well. It was also for spam complaints. I contacted Fiverr customer support (actually, I found them quite helpful and they actually resolved most of my issues without a problem), and they told me it was due to sending the same messages too quickly.

    I had sent about 6 messages in about 30 seconds, just to a few select customers that I knew wanted to know about my new gigs. About 5 minutes after, I got an email saying I had been demoted. I contacted customer support and they did mention spam complaint, but wouldn't say whether it was flagged user or flagged by their system. In any case, they removed the flag on my account and within 30 minutes I got my Level 2 back.

    I treat Fiverr like a real business, and offer the same customer service as I do with my offline business. You have to suck up the losses and treat everyone nice even if they don't deserve it. But if a customer is threatening you, I'm sure a quick message to customer support will help you resolve it.

    Some people think that they can buy the world with $5. Refund the bastards and ... be nice to them. I know it sucks but that's the way the things must be.

    Lol, I've told a customer before what I thought about him for screwing my 100% rating just because he is stoopid can't download the attachment.

    Luckily nothing happens =.="

    fiverr is like working in a Chinese sweatshop.
    if you have a real service, get a website and advertise your service on craigslist and other websites.

    I don't understand way people sell themselves short by fucking with fiverr and fourerr.

    I once had problem like that, then i sank his site for it.

    NEVER piss off blackhatter when there is no reason.

    EDIT: I didnt threathen my client in any way, i just said that there is law of karma, he didnt came to his senses and continued asking refund for huge gig i did for low price.

    Oh wait, it's getting even more interesting.

    They deleted my account just now. Along with 800+ in it that was pending.

    I can not believe this. They sent me an email stating that accountwas disabled for violation of TOS but what it was they don't tell me... fuck!

    best think you can do is submit a ticket when something like this happen and ask support to cancel the order that way the user can not leave negative rating "better lose 5 bucks"
