Can't even find my damn Godaddy login...some random number they give you and never mention in any emails.

I haven't logged in for months and got an email today rebilling me on 19 .infos for $10 a piece...and it wasn't even to my credit card...

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago. It's really quick and easy, but I don't remember how. There's a way once you login, to cancel recent orders.

Call in and it will take a few minutes, or check out google on how to cancel orders.

You can also find out your customer number if you have your email.

    Check out this link. http://blog.ashfame.com/2009/05/cancel-godaddy-domain-registration-order/

I am a domain reseller for enom, a competitor of godaddy and I know for a fact that the registrars have at least 48 hours if not longer to delete new domain names if they were registered in error

for domain renewals, they also have the ability to void the renewal but it is up to how honest or customer friendly they are, they may just tell you that you had checked auto-renew in the control panel so they auto renewed your domains

you can always go to the credit card issuer and state the obvious, the card was charged without your permission for services you did not order- 99% times when credit card owner does that, visa/mastercard sides with the card holder, amex gives the merchant time to rebuttal

Thanks guys, I got a response saying they tell their billing dept to review it and issue a refund if they choose to. Guess I will know in 2 days and itll take 5-7 for them to send the money back if they approve.

    We'll see :\

I hate godaddy but they usually solve this kind of stuffs just by phone. I suggest you to give a try to namecheap or enom

Make sure you keep an eye on the renewal dates for future domain purchases, otherwise this will keep happening.

They refunded the money in like 2 days, I'm actually quite happy with their customer support :)

Still, be careful about .info rebills, I don't think they would have refunded me if I would have waited a few more days.
