    Hi Guys

Yesterday night i was looking for some domains for the investment purpose. I spent hours searching for the right domains which can be resale, finally i got five domains which could be sale but before i can register them they all get unavailable within 2 minutes.

I thought it could be coincidence i try to search some more domains found few more but again before i could register them they all get unavailable. Even on the estibot it was showing available at that time and after two minutes all of my searched (Available) domains got unavailable.

I was not aware of the term "Domain Name Front Running (DNFR)" but after this incident i try to research about it on Google and came to know about DNFR.

I saw many people have experience DNFR with the Godaddy, i will suggest you to keep caution while looking for the domains specially for investment purpose.

I planning to take Screenshot in the future with the time domain available and unavailable for the proof that GoDaddy is indulge in DNFR.

Did you ever experience DNFR with GoDaddy or any other Registrar?

I have never encountered this type of behavior at all. I definitely considered it as something that could happen, but never seen it firsthand. I'd be interested to see if others believe GD or other domain registrars engage in this type of highly speculative and underhanded behavior?

Even i was not aware of this term but after this experience i try to search with the term "is godaddy bulk domain search safe" than i came to know about DNFR. i am feeling like victim as i spent hours for the preperation and then finally found few domains after searching nearly 4000 domains (100 at a time). its clear case of fraud they are stealing domain of your hard work.

I saw this thread via a Google search and I signed up here so I can reply you. Personally I havent experienced DNFR at GoDaddy but I do believe it happens. However, I have experienced it at Estibot, so when I saw you mentioned Estibot, I had to reply. Since Estibot is a third party, then there is no way for anyone to hold them accountable, I once searched for stats of the following domains in Estibot ONLY, not on any registrar, then I see that ALL these domain names are suddenly registered, the coincidence was too much to ignore. Either Estibot themself are doing it, or people with access to the search logs are doing it, so we gotta be cautious when searching for domains out there.
    The domains were:
    5inches (dot) COM
    CharcoalBlack (dot) COM
    BitcoinTactics (dot) COM
    Gwendolyn (dot) CO
