    Get Filezilla to do it, it's easy.

    Login > My account > Hosting > Select Account > File Manager > Select Files

    or

    Login > My account > Hosting > Select Account > FTP Client > Users > Select Files

    If you use Filezilla just use the username and password you chose when you set up your hosting account.

    Hey man, I do know what you're talking about.

    Godaddy can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

    But getting my FTP connection with my hosted domain there was not as hard as it seems.

    The settings for my FileZilla client to access my Godaddy domains look like this:

    FTP SETTINGS (btw: same for the SSH connection too)

    HOST: (see 1 below)
    Logontype: Account
    User = Account: (see 2 below)
    Password: (see 3 below)

    When you go to

    hxxp://www.godaddy.c0m/Hosting/web-hosting.aspx

    you must then login with your user name and password, then you'll have to
    click on Manage Account under Control Panel (middle of the website)

    Then you get to the HOSTING CONTROL CENTER, where under
    ACCOUNT SUMMARY
    you will find your --> Server IP Address (1)

    Then, under SETTINGS, click on
    MANAGE FTP USERS
    there you'll find the / add a new --> FTP USER (2)
    and there you can also redefine your --> Password (3)

    That's it actually.

    If it doesn't work for the first time you try to connect just verify the
    failure messages issued by the message log from your FileZilla
    (View Menu --> Message Log).

    I hope it helps.

    MLMGuroo.

    @MLMGuroo. I didn't need the help you gave in the above post myself
    but I have notice a few of your posts and you're in real danger of becoming
    a helpful contributing member around here.

    Hey, I like that kind of sense of humor.

    In fact this forum has been in danger of contributing to make me richer with every day I study its threads too!!

    And I'm just trying to keep on the cycle of benevolence...

    I'd definitely second the above recommendations on Filezilla, easy to use with minimum complications I find.
